Re: The '12 GOP convention
And for most pathetic performance by a washed up befuddled doofus, the winner is Clint Eastwood!! Laughing at someone so obviously impaired is in bad taste, but how can you not?
Liberal talk show host Mike Malloy, who you can hear on your computer on KTLK, KPTK, or KPOJ, has taken to calling Paul Ryan Lyin' Ryan. It is amazing to watch these people chirp their lies over and over. Goebbels would be proud.

Re: The '12 GOP convention
And Another Thing...
Remember Sen. McCain advocating for wars against Algeria, Syria, Iran, and tough postures against China & Russia? Remember the crowd cheering their heads off? So Gov. Romney got a religious exemption from serving in the Vietnam War, none of his 5 boys will be serving, either. The perfect picture of the classic chicken hawk: send other people to get slaughtered but keep your own family out of the meat grinder and wave the flag. How very much the Republicans appreciate the service of the wounded veterans, by turning Walter Reed into a festering sewer, once the best hospital in the world, but under Bush with the wounded heros they care so much about lying in their own bodily waste...so taxes could be cut for billionaires. My God. Considering the horrible human and economic cost of wars, when somebody advocates for war, especially after the experiences of Iraq & Afghanistan, people should be very wary. Starting another war is treated as seriously as driving down to the neighborhood 7-11.

GOP elector in Iowa who wavers on Romney resigns
By MIKE BAKER, Associated Press
Melinda Wadsley of Ames, Iowa, tells The Associated Press that she could not in good conscience vote for party nominee Mitt Romney.
Wadsley was among three electors who had told the AP for a story published Thursday that they were exploring alternatives should Romney win their states. Wadsley had backed candidate Ron Paul.
We can’t be so fixated on our desire to preserve the rights of ordinary Americans.
