  • UH Warriors vs Lamar

Good times! Hawai‘i playing in their first home game of the season make it a reason to celebrate. 28 unanswered points after a shaky start, and the Warriors are quickly on their way to beating the spread (albeit over the FCS conference Cardinals). QB Sean Schroeder is looking sharp and Will Gregory proving Joey Iosefa isn’t the only back who can rack up yardage. UH punctuates the first half by blocking a punt — including a return by Ne’Quan Phillips for a touchdown.

    Hawai‘i 28, Lamar 0 at halftime.

We can’t be so fixated on our desire to preserve the rights of ordinary Americans.

It will take longer, but at least it will prevent any lawsuits from disgruntled contractors. In these tough times, the state should pinch every penny. Most importantly, it will allow the Aloha Stadium Authority to avoid another heated, finger-pointing scream-fest over an “unpopular new rule.”
