  • Name of French restaurant

Pop quiz. Well not really since I don't know the answer.

Anybody remember a little French restaurant that was located diamond head on the stretch of Kalakaua between Kapiolani and King in the '90s? It's not there anymore but my wife and I are trying to remember the name of it.

    thanks!

Merci beaucoup. I googled french restaurants honolulu and that's one of the names that came up. My wife was sure that that was the name of the eatery... I disagreed... and of course, she was right.

The escargots I've eaten were served in a hot garlic and butter sauce, whereas I usually eat my opihi right off the shell. The textures are totally different and so is the taste so I don't think one can compare the two...but I love them both.
