ALONG WITH EATING RIGHT?
Has anyone seen the Lokahi wheel?
There are six aspects that can help one live a balanced life.
Physical/body
spiritual/soul
friends/family
work/job
thinking/mind
feeling/emotions
I also remember learning about the aspect of the Bamboo plant.
While at rest the Bamboo stands up straight, too much pressure on either
side will make the plant strain and bend, then possibly break.
I know that keeping our physical body fit, will help our inner body be fit too.
