Found out a new science fiction series called Defiance will air on the SyFy channel on Monday April 15, 2013 at 6pm HST.
What little I read about from Wikipedia is that a group of alien races come to Earth to settle here since their star system is no longer habitable. Anyway Monday's airing is a 2 hour pilot and if you miss it, that pilot will air again on the SyFy 2 more times on Monday night and other times in the week.
