    Default Honolulu Weekly Folds

It's a tough time for print media everywhere. Even tougher for the small publications... who at some point have to remain in the black and hopefully turn a profit. Alas expenses were overwhelming for Honolulu Weekly and they are now shutting down after 23 years.

So sad to see them shut down.

One of the highlights of my week was waiting to find a box with copies of the Weekly every Wednesday - the Temple Valley box got emptied so quickly that I couldn't rely on it.

Aloha o`e Honolulu Weekly. Already you are missed.
