    Default It's Official: I'm moving to Molokai

    Hello Everybody

    It's official! I was offered a position at Molokai General Hospital and I will be moving there in a couple of weeks. I'm excited and nervous about this move.

    So much I have to do in the meantime.

    This is being composed September 22, the first day of Autumn and its from the mainland side of this board by the way.

    I hope you are doing okay out there, too. I have made relocation expeditions to other parts of the mainland but I ended up back where I am from. At my age, the aspect of pulling up stakes is not appetising at all. So all the best to you!

    I was actually about to post an update of my move. I am on the island and I have been here for 17 days. Not that I'm counting but I just know that last thursday was two weeks and today is sunday so 17

    But I will hopefully write a formal update soon

    Looking forward to it. I'm embarrassed to say that, after living on Oahu for 35 years, I've yet to visit Molokai. My former Honolulu dentist lives on Molokai. "Former" because my emergencies were *always* on his Molokai days!!! Great DDS, tho'!
