UPDATE...
Actually found a place towards the end of October, & just had been busy & unable to post .

We lived at the property for over 10 years. For the time we rented the unit, the rent increased by 67%. In addition the landlord required us to pay $225 monthly for plumbing/water. Our decision to relocate arrived when the tenants of the building were told in April that the parking lot would be unavailable for 4 days. During that time we would have to find an on street parking on Kuakini street. Parking in this area is next to impossible. This 4 day project took 6 months to complete. Finally in October , we we were able to park our vehicles on sight. Our landlord never offered us a rebate on our rental due to this inconvenience , instead we experienced an increase in our water bill, to help defray the cost of the parking lot renovation. Also we failed to receive our monthly energy bills, we received our electricity bill in one 6 month statement.
When we moved out, we had our unit professionally cleaned & but did not receive our deposit in total. Our landlord " lost " our electric bill payments.
It took us over a month to state our claim & for her to acknowledge her error.
It has been total nightmare living as a tenant at this address (1819 Sereno street) .
