Does any telecom in Hawaii offer the ability to buy a specific phone number that is available.....a vanity number? I know it was possible with T-Mobile in the past, but they "officially" stopped that practice. Any other ones....like Hawaiian Telcom, Oceanic, Verizon, Sprint, or AT&T?

(as a private person or sole proprietor....I know it's possible for corporations)
