  • A Million Ways to Die in the West

Saw a late afternoon showing of the movie A Million Ways to Die in the West at the Dole Cannery Theater today.

The movie is set in 1882 Arizona and it is about a sheep farmer who gets himself into gun fights but he can't handle a gun well. He also points out that it is very dangerous in his place and time. If people don't kill you, nature will and if that doesn't kill you, then passing a fart will do you in (which a character does in the movie).

The movie is rated R due to its vulgar but funny humor. If you do go make sure that you finish eating before the gunfight with Neal Patrick Harris starts.

Also stick around for the ending credits, the lyrics to the song is kind of funny and there is a scene at the very end.

Was this a spoof on the eating beans scene in Blazin' Saddles?
