How "tight" is your State?

Here is an interesting article from Mother Jones magazine about "up tight" States and "hang loose" States. The ironic part is that those States which are most conservative and want less Government control are the very States that impose the most rules and Government control on themselves! We are talking about a VERY confused populace in this case. They don't know what they want!
