I don't know. I did find a list of ringback numbers for other area codes, though, and suggestions about how to find others. Scroll down to "13. What is the ringback number for my area?" here: http://phrack.org/issues/47/7.html.
I remember there was a number you could dial to make your phone ring.
You would dial the number, you'd hear a ring in the ear piece, hang up the phone, and it would ring.
Phone repair guys would do it to check the line.
I don't remember what the number was, but I don't think it would work with the new phone system they use these days.
