Experienced Company with iPod/iTunes

I am looking for an experienced company & a person that works for an experienced company that can help me to show me how to be able to have iTunes in my computer - What I want is another new Blank iTunes for my hubby, so that I can download ALL of the music that he wanted & that it would not coincide with my music & vice versa. I don't want to talk to anyone on the phone to explain it to me play by play, & I don't want to go to an Apple store, because they NEVER really helped me last time.

I have a computer guy that I go to sometimes, BUT the thing is that he CAN NOT help me with the iTunes/iPod situation, him & his coworkers only fixes computers & help to get viruses out etc etc.

I feel clueless as to where I need to go. please help.
