According to the Forecast cone of Advisory #30 (8/4/19 at 11:00 am HST) it seems that Tropical Storm Flossie should reach the island of Oahu around Tuesday (8/6/19) morning as a tropical depression.

If the link forecast cone is out of date one can try the Flossie graphics archive that will show all of forecast cones but it might not show the latest 1 or 2 advisories.
