Tonga. It is a delicacy there. Take some kapa pulu (canned corn beef), soak in niu (coconut cream), wrap in lu (taro leaves), put in a hot umu (rock lined underground pit), and cook overnight and you wind up with 'lu pulu'. DELICIOUS!
