IMO i dont think a game can change who you are fundamentally, it might have to be inside you already. Ive played games for decades, and I'm not the kind of guy who goes around killing team mates for fun (a frequent occurence in any online game)

I am a fan of flight simulators.

Used to play Quake, and Battlefront a bit online, was fun, but burned up a LOT of time.

My comp gaming is limited as the rig I have at home is not up to the task for some of the games out there. I do a little gaming on the PS2 on rainy days. Been into the whole Medal Of Honor series, the Splinter Cell games, and The Tony hawk series.

As far as old school games go, I loved Pit Fall, and missile command. QBert is a classic.

I'd suggest Battlefield 2142 when you get your comp up to speed, ExhaultedRuler is really into it and its pretty good.
