Kani, I wouldn't jeopardize my FREEDOM over a bunch of women who most of their lives con their way into everything. I have a loving husband, awesome children and beautiful grandchildren. Yes, I have mental illness. I take my medications three times a day faithfully just like I take my other medications for high blood pressure and cholesterol. Does being Manic Depressive somehow cause me to be treated as a leper? I think not. I am ME. Don't be afraid. The only thing that happens when I don't take my meds is I get severe headaches. Hence, the topomax. Yes, I get upset when I see and hear of things that are wrong. However, I am not violent. The worst that can happen is me saying "Whack Whacks!"

In the old days of Chinatown...das another story.

Bottom line: I have rights and it was VIOLATED.

Update: 8:23 a.m. I called Hawaii Civil Rights Center. I was told to submit the form and someone will contact me.

Was this the Disability Rights Center that I gave you the number for or a different organization?

I have used them as advocates for my daughter and her education since she is in Special Ed. They have been very helpful.
