This doesn't really "piss" me off. It simply irks me.

I dislike it when a business entity, such as Sprint or Cingular, shows a map of the 48 contiguous states without (what I feel should be required) insets of Hawai'i and Alaska, in their advertisments. Then they go on to tout their "nationwide" cellular coverage. Come on! They want to tell me about their abilty to service my cellular needs, yet they can't even get the complete map of the USA correct?

I know. It's a mea iki. But if a company is going to use a map of the USA in their ads and boast of nationwide coverage, they ought to make sure that they aren't forgetting two integral parts of the nation it does business in.

In life's big picture this hardly registers on the Richter Scale of piss offs but it's a piss off nonetheless...I spend a lot of time posting informational web pages pertaining to various casting projects so that actors and models are armed with knowledge. Before they can book an appointment for an audition they MUST read that web page. Without exception on every job, talent will call me directly, instead of their agents, and ask me questions that are already answered! They have yet to ask a unique question! Go figure! I wish I had a nickle for every time I said, "It's on the web page."!

At the high end of that Richter Scale...Stage mothers (or fathers). I was informed of one mom slapping her child around and calling her names outside my office building because the 8 year old didn't want to audition. 'Nuff said...grrrrrrrr...
