Kind of late breakfast of noodles, black bean chicken, spring rolls and a large cup of Mountain Dew from U-Choice Drive Inn while watching a tape of last night's Stargate SG-1.

AF made biscuits with cheddar cheese in 'em (from pseudo-scratch = Bisquick), which I then sliced open and filled with Portuguese sausage.

Home-made cereal (tastes alot like the bought kind, and stays crunchy in milk), blueberries, and milk, orange juice.

Beat together two egg whites, one cup of sugar, one tablespoon cinnamon, and two tablespoons of orange juice til a soft meringue forms. Pour over nine cups of cubed dried bread and mix well. Bake at 300°f (150°c) for about 45 minutes, stirring often, until lightly browned and crisp. Store in a covered container.

One cup of chopped peanuts added before baking, optional. Chopped dried apples are good added after baking.

Hashbrowns with sausage gravy, bacon, toast, orange juice - at a little Greek-run restaurant near my sister's place in Bellevue WA (went there between radio shows; went to the Eastside early, due to the bridge closure for the Blue Angels airshow.)
