    • How did it taste? Give a rating!
    • If dining out, how's the quality of food, value and service?

        Here's the skinny...

Can of that new Hawaiian Sun LITE juice. Guava Nectar flavor. Thought it was gonna' taste "watery", but it's not... good stuff! 100% vitamin C and 50% less calories, carbs and sugar. Lavagal will like that.

        Also an apple.

          Gotta' Have My Wheaties

          *As Pomai talks to self*

Funny how this breakfast thread is dead. (hey that rhymes!)

They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day in order to fuel up. Skipping this meal can also lead to a slower metabolism, and in some cases even lead to obesity and/or diabetes.

Hope everyone at least considers eating a bowl of cereal or a fruit every morning. It'll make doc happy!

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Today I had a slice of sharp cheddar cheese on whole grain bread and half an apple washed down with lots of coffee.

Bacon, egg, cheese McDonald's McGriddle and orange juice. Mmmm sweet and savory. I love these McGriddle things. I seem to choose it over anything else when it comes to fast food breakfast options now.
I'm disgusted and repulsed, and I can't look away.

Please shut the Goji Door on your way out

So is a TWIK the singular description of the two cookie bars you get in a TWIX?

If so, that means Helen only ate one of the two bars, therefore she actually only got half the sugar, calories and carbs as a TWIX. Great idea! Lavagal'd love that.

Looks like it's gonna' be another Sunny-Day-Saturday in Hawaii nei. Will start with shot o GF's Goji Juice, couple o' hard boiled eggs, some carrot sticks n' a glass o' milk.
