Nah, I no like live in no high mucka mucka place lidat. The monthly fees going be in the thousands too. Right now, my mortgage only around $750 (plus I putting in an extra $100/mo so I can pay it off sooner) and my monthly fees only about $200. Get at least one wahine who went put down $40k for 2 chances to buy units there, though. Where you think her money is coming from??? Bet she doesn't work at WalMart!

or if you read this whole thread... maybe she will sell her spots for more...
The Trump International Hotel & Tower Waikiki Beach Walk sold all 464 condominium hotel suites for a total of $700 million during its first day of sales.
Hello fellow travelers, this is Donald Trump, and when I travel worldwide I never settle for just any vacation. I welcome nothing but the best and would love to introduce you to my most recent endeavor into the Hawaiian Islands...
He then promotes his new website www.gotrump.com
and then says this...
My trip to Hawaii took place in Honolulu at the lavish Kahala Hotel and Resort. This luxurious hotel neighbors the famous Fort De Russy Park and is fifteen minutes away from the beautiful Waikiki Beach; where my brand new Trump International Hotel and Tower will aid the biggest redevelopment project to hit Waikiki.
When did the Kahala "neighbor" Fort De Russy Park?
This thing is so poor written that even I could write it better!
The only thing I don't like about the Trump Tower Waikiki is that they did not have to pay into the State housing fund. How is it all that $$$ got away and yet Kakaako developers have to pay$$$ or set aside units? The state is so wishy-washy. Either you believe in affordable housing or you don't.
