Leftovers of a black bean/ground beef concoction from a couple different recipes with some of my own favored ingredients thrown in ... zapped in the micro, topped with shredded cheese and finely sliced green onion.

I doubt it'll ever come out the same way again ... because I just sorta improvised ...

sounds better than last nights cinnamon bread sticks my boy brought home after a night of delivering pizza for Pizza Hut. Everynight he brings home pizza and breadsticks. KFC is looking really good lately.

Leftover steak (which I overcooked, dammit!) and baked potato (actually, nuked potato), accompanied with an Aloha Maid iced tea.

Teri chicken from Tommy's lunchwagon in downtown Honolulu. Plus, the 2 pepsi's. Ono and cheap ... that's what I like!

I had a bi bim bap and large diet soda from Yummy.

Yummy's is good, but they sort of expensive. Peppa's cheaper and same (or better) food.

A bowl of rice with nori fumi furikake on one portion; shiso (yum) on another and "Gohan Desu Yo" brand tsukudani on the other.

It was easy and the only cooking involved was zapping the rice, pre-adornment.

Okay. Back to work now. (sigh) TTYL.

Leftover meatloaf and rice, and a Diet Coke.

I was just starting to feel good about eating out less, when a coworker asked me today if I'd gained weight. "Did you go on vacation? People gain weight on vacation..." It's the second time in a month or so I've gotten unsolicited comments like that, so methinks it's definitely time to work harder on my diet!

Leftover teriyaki meatballs w/pineapple chunks over rice; orange juice. Enough to hold me to dinner.
