  • Seeking room for rent - Chinatown or Waikiki

    aloha ht members

i am seeking a short term room for rent - say for about 6 months...i've viewed the likes of craigslist...but somehow those ads are either way too blah.....they are asking for the world...or either asking for mostly females....seriously come on!!! knock it off...looking for a room in chinatown or waikiki....either at a hotel/motel chingamathing...or a room for rent possibly with a sane individual. i am not particular with which...either a hole in the wall or something fairly approachable..i can adpat to most anything and with different personalities..*looks in wallet* say about $200.00 to $350.00 a week room for rent.

the one THING i detest is lies

    communication is a factor
i am stubborn most of the time
i am selfish most of the time
    i do not cook
    i am not easily impressed
    i am not easily intimidated
my happiness matters to me most
my peace of mind matters to me most
    i snore
i occasionally have my b%^& fits (i call it the monthly male vent session)

hhhmm i feel like i'm writing a personal ad seeking more than just a room for rent

if you HT members know of any leads....please let me know

p.s - i do work a steady full time job - work a steady part time job on the weekends - currently working on my gradutes degree (on sporatic occasions) and i also work part time on some weeknights when i am needed....i'm not seeking to pay rent to support the entire household...but if i can at least find a suitable affordable motel/hotel chingamathing that would be great also!!!

    i am also fag

did i forget to mention - before 10:00 p.m. tonight 10/28/08 - my landlord decided on eviction shortly after finding out his son needed a place to lay his bum - leaving the fag out on the streets isn't there a law in hawaii that applies to "kicking your landlord in the knees" in this case? ignornace and bigotry?

Check the Hawaii Landlord-Tenant Code wiki-wiki...

Read pages 12 & 13 of the handbook. Good luck.

I don't know if it's still available for rent but there is Akepo Arms across from MWH on King St. Have you checked on the local YMCA's?

Check out the gay S&M rental section, maybe. You could end up happy there.

I don't think he's ever said he was into the S&M scene...but with as hard as he sticks that tongue into his cheek you might think he's into pain. Only problem is that list of his...sounds a bit on the M side.

Okay, I've just got to ask this: are you working on your "gradutes" degree in English? Or in Journalism?

say about $200.00 to $350.00 a week room for rent.
You're saying you can pay $800 to $1,400 a month, so you can afford an entire apartment, not just a room.
Get your own apartment, and you won't have to worry about that long list of what you like and don't like in anyone else.
                    Problem solved.

Oooo-kay...so much for the "pro" column; now, what would you consider to be your bad qualities?

Please take this with laughter, SP - but you sound like a potential "roommate from hell." An honest one, at least!

This post did make me chuckle, including the last line, ya wacky diva.
