This MIGHT be an old cliche.... but it still rings through...
"Don't judge a book by its cover!" .....
I remember an old (I mean old) co worker I knew once, I thought she was a trusted person, apparently not!!. I asked her for a small favor, & all she did was, took it from me, & lied about it too. Never treat your co worker like your friend, ONLY your friends are your friends, not your co workers!!!!.
I am just saying.
That is the experience I have had in the past. That is a lesson learned.
Speaking of "REAL" friends....
Sometimes when you know someone a long time, you don't really know them like you think you do. Sad as that may sound.... its true.
when their nice with you for a long time, then they move, .... they start listening to someone else... next thing you know....
they are hurting your feelings to no end.
Then another friend from your past comes in, at first your buddy buddies with them, & then next thing you know, they become distant.
Then you are left to be your own friend IF not, then your spouse, at least spouse are dependable far from having your own friends from the past.
Even though no matter how you try to meet them (your old friends from the past) half way, nothing seems to work.
That's all I gotta say.
