      Re: December 2012

It is near eschatology getting nearer all the time, the myth of death slowly
arrives in to the now in tangible time; Y2K all over again. But what is true
is only ever in the present, not some myth about the future.

And then if our inquiry is in to the truth, no future time will fix what is not
already here now. So will the planets turn, will the stupid warmongers
continue to screw up the planet? Probably. Are you some kind of god
      who can change it? Probably not. So whatever about the future;
its whether one is true to the present, where the love is, where the choice
is about who we are, and what peace and magesty there is in this world.

Then we are only ever alive in this profound moment, and we can change
our minds, our hatreds and our beliefs, or drop them all together. And who
are you behind this moment, but a mysterious ghost who will observe from
a body for a while before it dies. Choose deeply, brother, sister, love
deeply, and 2012 whatever, we share the seasons of the lord.

          Meh.

If the world ends, the world ends. No sense trying to save the environment in the first place.

Like every living things, a world is born, ages, then it dies.

I do find it ironic that some people who are trying to save the world and her environment by recycling and stuff, doesn't do the same for their bodies, which is a planet by itself (inhabited by bacteria and whatnot).

As for me personally, I'm hoping the world ends sooner.

            Well since...

My wife and I live on Laau Street and the land leases run up in Dec. 2012...
It would kinda work out, don't you say?

HaHaHaHaHaHa, out of breath, at least we won't have to find a new place to live!

              I was just wondering:

Did the Sacred, Intelligent, all-knowing, omniscient Mayan Calendar predict the fall of the Mayan kingdom as well?

From what I've heard (third-hand, and I haven't checked), the Mayans were significantly decimated before the armies of the East (i.e., Europe) even set foot on their shores. When Europeans (Spanish) got there it seems the culture was already significantly in decline.

Did they predict and avoid their own conquest?

              Perhaps we'd better watch out!
