My croissant melange hasn't been good. I will grab one on the way back from the hospital in the morning.

Sourdough English Muffins (a contradiction in terms...), lightly battered with Smart Balance, and spread with Kirkland Brand Pesto.

Yes I have to go to hospital every six months. The doctor sends me for blood tests. Probably to see if there is any blood left in my alcohol stream.

Sunday breakfast is usually our most elaborate meal of the week, which uaifi and matapule prepare together.

                            Today it is:

Fried egg garnished with cilantro sprigs and sliced avocado
Home made refried pinto beans garnished with cheese and chopped onion
                            Leftover cheesy scalloped potatoes
                            Small piece fried sliced ham
                            Fresh sliced pineapple
beverage: Bloody Maria garnished with jalapeno stuffed olives

matapule pu' egg an' ham an' si'i beans insai' ha' fresh tortilla an' make breakfas burrito. Squeeze si'i fresh lime an pu' salsa on top to broke da mouf.

Matapule need ge' Helen ober hea wiki wiki to show wha' REAL local grindz all abou. Tha' be ten dolla pleez! No jus' kidding, jus' lil fakakata.
