Honest here? LOL...at myself....I had a high fiber, very soft (and made with oatmeal) tortilla with some thin honey ham, and nothing else on it, barely 100 calories total, just so I could indulge in six of those truffle flavored little Hershey's kisses, LOL and a giant 32oz. of Earl Grey tea, made with two teabags, and one percent milk in it.

Later I'll try to redeem myself and have a huge bowl of raw spinach with Salmon on the top, and a few whole grain crackers, and in between I'll be having some fresh lychee, maybe 10 of 'em.

Planning on getting ON the eliptical sometime today. (Oh! fart, I read the label on the kisses....forget the truffle ones cuz they have an unhealthy fat in them....palm kernel oil I think it was....it's hydrogenated from what I recall...not good for us, so okay, kick me, LOL)

PsyCHO, maybe. The AF gave me a choice of sweet (cinnamon rolls) or savory (corned beef hash) breakfast options this morning; I always get a better breakfast on weekends, as I just eat cereal most weekdays.
