darken screen?

with the light blue text on white, is there an inside source to make it easier reading? outside darkening can cause other issues.

Since the post is on the Front Desk subforum, your display issues is with viewing the hawaiithreads.com web site right?

Also on the bottom strip of the hawaiithreads.com, on the left corner does it say Default vB5 Style or Gradient? Have you tried switching to the other to see if it makes a difference? The Gradient will have a darker background color.
