Thanks akrauth! I was talking with a Hawaiian man on the Big Island and he told me the Hawaiian equivalent of Jim is Kimo. Now that's a great name!

Thanks Chris! I followed the link to your MySpace page and listened to Tahiti Sunrise. Dude, you got skills! I'm not at your level, but when I'm practiced up I get around pretty good. Maybe we can get together sometime in the future. I'm working on some songs with Adobe Audition and collaborating would be a good thing.

Being a little "loosely wound" is all right. If it's not . . . we're both in big trouble! lol

          I like you!

I'm Bi-polar. Hense, my odda screen name "Auntie Pupule."
          Pupule means CRAZY!

I take my medications without fail but sometimes I do go "OFF."

Looking forward to your input on the boards.

              Jim,

Thanks! i just recently upgraded to the D300. I need the better high iso performance and the D300 rocks! i can shoot iso 3200 and not be afraid to look at them later... it's amazing, but not even close to the D3, but at $5000 i think i'll have to save some more pennies before that bad boy gets in my hands.

                Re: Aloha HawaiiThreads!

Hey Jim, thanks for liking Tahiti Sunset !

I played for a birthday party/engagement party for a couple, and as a gift, they gave me a computer to use strictly for recording purposes. How awesome is that. I'm in the process of coming up with new instrumentals and fine tuning my mixing and recording techniques. It would be GREAT to work with another musician.

I'm not familiar with Adobe Audition at all. I use Cakewalk Guitar Tracks Pro II. But I'm sure we can tweak something.

Then after, you can give me a discount on an office visit, since I keep having this dream of 1st Wahine chasing after me through the streets of Chinatown with chopsticks in one hand, and an ipod in the other hand. Oh yeah, and we're both completely naked except for matching belly button rings.

See you in Hawaii bro !

When this wins the Oscar for Best Short Film next year, everyone remember where they first saw the concept. "Hello --- Sundance...?"

                          Great Idea !!

And I'd love to play myself, but they closed down the IMAX theater so there won't be enough screen to capture me in all my naked splendor *cough cough*

Oh geez, I just realized there's at least ONE person on this board that has actually seen me naked. Love you Cran

Jim ? You sure you're ready for this ?? LOL

Yeah, that's sorta what I said too (#25, above).
                                Maybe he gives group discounts.
