Greetings!

I was born on Oahu, and lived there until 1975 (grew up near Valley of the Temples -- Ahuimanu). Have only had the chance to visit once in 1980. I think we might be trying to vacation there in the near future and I'm soooo missing the culture.

I was sad to find out no more Paradise Park. Interesting to see that Farrell's is back. Also sad that Liberty House, is gone. Not sure that I like the new upscale additions to Ala Moana.

Oh well. I just wanted to find out what's there and what isn't so I don't spend too much time in shock when we return.

Would love to chat with anyone who is either living there now, or lived there in the 70's and wants to share a few memories.
