    Aloha from Atlanta

    I had the good fortune of being stationed on Oahu from 1979 to 1983 while a member of the Marine Corps. I absolutely loved everything about it, the weather, history and most of all the people and the "take it slow" way of life.
    I've traveled to a lot of beautiful places in my military years, but none can compare to Hawaii. I am honored.
