Right on. Guamanian chicken... You mean kelaguen... heres how to make that stuff.
bake the chicken until its 75% done.. until its mostly white but still bleeding(a little bleeding only)) . than take fresh lemon juice , enough to cook the rest of the chicken. and than pour salt.. not 2 much , just until it taste good.
than after that u can put some chopped peppers , onions , or coconut , if you like those Things
