Some webhosts let you use anonymous "proxy" info in your WHOIS, rather than leave all that info (including name, address, and phone number) available to anyone who wants it. If Jon had done this with the BevHarbin.com domains, I'm sure Harbin would have contacted the registrar and webhost, but what then? Would she have had any success with either (if they were not one and the same) entity in getting that info? Or would they have looked at the site, determined that Jon's use of it didn't constitute cybersquatting, and taken up Jon's cause as some kind of gesture of looking out for their customers?
