Trying to find song

My family was stationed on Ohau when I was a young child (this was in the early 80's) and I remeber a song that they played on the radio a lot. It was a spoof of Addicted to Love called Addicted to Lunch (NOT WIERD AL'S VERSION) this was a hawaiian version. I think one of the lines was "your butt is so fat it looks just like chinaman's hat"
I am trying desperately to find this song, but haven't had any luck. Does anyone out there know what I'm talking about - my husband thinks I'm making it up.
