Thanks so much for the response. All great info. Some of which I figured, others I did not.
I have to say most of the responses I've gotten on and offline have been really insightful and helpful. I want to thank you all. Even the guy who sent me the racist response. I understand. I've lived around racism my whole life. All it ever gets you, is angry.
