Hawaii Public Radio is searching for a General Assignment Reporter to round out its expanding news team. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent writing and reporting skills, be a proven self-starter, flexible, a team player, and be able to work well with an editor under deadline. The candidate also must have at least 3 years professional reporting experience, preferably with one year in radio. Hawaii experience and familiarity with digital editing systems are preferred, but not required. Compensation is competitive. Excellent health benefits. Application deadline is March 1, 2008.
