  • Stopping the music to tell you it's non-stop

KAHA has been doing that for some time now-they stop the music to say they're playing 90 minutes of non-stop music. How about saying commercial-free instead of non-stop. That's as bad as "the time now is..." or "the temp outside is..." Brain dead.

Hold that thought while we pause 10-seconds for station identification.....Now more continuous hit music until the next commercial break at the bottom of the hour where the time is....when we announce the next lucky number winner on your continuous music, 10-minute traffic and weather station KXXX where we play more music and talk less every 15-minutes...we'll be right back after these words from our sponsors, then more music on the station voted the most listened to at work and in your car where we give you up to the minute stock reports, weather, traffic and local news 24/7...now back to the music!

Whew okay what cliches did I miss?
Life is what you make of it...so please read the instructions carefully.

Another reason why I rarely listen to radio now.

To many darn commercials. With my MP3 player, all you hear is music.

They need to get more creative, if they'll start competing with other medias.
How'd I get so white and nerdy?
