KITV not airing ABC's POWER RANGERS. Why?

At the risk of getting flamed and ribbed...

It's one thing to split the ABC Saturday morning programs into four lunch-hour timeslots on the weekdays, they don't even bother to air the long-running Power Rangers series on any of the weekdays or on Sunday morning where it used to be.

Why? It's the only tokusatsu show on free-air non-cable network that I look forward to (now that the Kikaida series is no longer airing on KIKU).

Man I can't let my boys watch it.
My 11 yr old when he was 7 kicked an old lady in the supermarket because he was runnign aroudn tryin to do spin kicks and didn't see her. He told me he was a Power Ranger and needed to practice.....
Drove me mad running EVERYWHERE we went kicking and punching. So I put my foot down, PR! Not allowed in our house!

Not into piracy either ... unless it involves Andy Bumatai's All in the Ohana, Frank DeLima's Hawaiian Christmas Carol, Rap Reiplinger's comedy videoes, and the entire episodes of the Checkers & Pogo Shows.

'Cause you know as well you do, adrian, stealing from Hawaii is cool.

I think I'd rather have old episodes of Voltron and Robotech airing indefinetely The Dragon Quest anime as well, for good measure! But I hope you get to see your show again soon, Random!

Enroll him in a reputable martial arts school, and he'll quickly learn when to do spin kicks and more importantly, when not to

Fat chance. According to the TV listing on TVGuide.com, the entire KITV's Sunday morning is filled with paid informercials.

Honestly, are they broke and desperate for cash?

Besides, anime are overexposed and I'm suffering from burnout (the kind you get when you listen to a cool song over and over and over until you're sick of it). I'd rather watch tokusatsu for a change.
