Chan's buffet on Nimitz charges you extra if you don't finish all your food. I know they have signs up explaining their policy in foreign languages - including Samoan! Kinda offensive but a lot of Samoans do eat there!!

I don't recommend it - the food is GARBAGE!!!

I went to high school with their daughter and we'd occasionally eat there from time to time. Back then, the food was actually pretty good. This was when they had their Puck's Alley location.

Fast forward 15 years later and yes, GARBAGE appropriately describes the quality of their food.

But hey, at least they tell you up front they'll charge you extra.

Oh man, that Puck's Alley location served up some straight piff!

Every saturday, the guys from my floor in J-Hall A would trek down and eat for 2 hours, and struggle back up through the athletic department, parking structure, and back to our dorms.

My personal record is 19 gin doi.
