  • Secret dis-Service

For years now we've heard reports of unacceptably stupid extracurricular activities by the SS, the one protective branch that always was historically lauded for being ultra secure and faultless has obviously gone completely rouge and are out of control with more focus on women and unprofessional behavior instead of their high priority job, protecting The President and those immediately under him. The armed White House fence jumper that got within striking distance of the First Family's quarters last week, then the revelation of an armed former convict actually riding an elevator with Obama, which would never have been discovered had he not refused to stop videoing Obama, and now an agent on the ground in a swing State to prepare security arrangements ahead of a series of Obama campaign appearances in '12 disclosed key details about Obama’s schedule to an individual within the Romney camp, “in an apparent attempt to impress one of the staffers”.
The whole shit pile needs to be dismantled and reworked from the bottom up.

That would be optimum, but on a practical basis, virtually impossible. President Obama’s administration is so incompetent, it sent White House press secretary Josh Earnest out to declare that Obama had “full confidence” in Secret Service director Julia Pierson.

Just hours later, Earnest emerged to announce that Pierson had resigned. Are you serious?! If they cannot even coordinate simple talking points, it is highly doubtful that Obama’s new SS director Joe Clancy can hire and screen enough competent agents to replace the existing ones.

Remember, this guy Clancy is, in fact, part of the Old Guard. Pierson was actually appointed to shake up the agency in the wake of ongoing problems. Clancy, on the other hand, is the former head of the Secret Service’s Presidential Protective Division, which he retired from in 2011. He spent three decades in the SS.

We can’t be so fixated on our desire to preserve the rights of ordinary Americans.
