Good question. There have been various internet postings of alleged bank accounts of Iranian politicians holding a considerable amount of money, but no major news group or blogger that I know of has confirmed or denied that yet. Ahmadinejad himself may not have much of anything if his outward appearance is "real".
The IRGC has been called "a multibillion-dollar business empire", one would hope that various journalists or government intelligence people would be looking into that.
The government itself just switched to Euros. No doubt there are many more insidious activities going on that will hopefully be exposed to the light. Now that Russia is apparently on board for sanctions, China may become their only major business partner.

If I'm him, I'd move my money to Chinese banks. China is the new superpower today and the US is fast becoming a third-world country and we don't even know it (or too proud to admit it).
