No problems with tech support. Problems were always about billing. Something was always wrong. We've had Oceanic for two months. Nothing is perfect. Several times we've had problems. The difference is when I call, they speak professionally and with ALOHA! Let me know the approx. time and day the technician will be out. Somethings can't be helped. Like weather and doing an Auntie Pupule. Yeah, I put the plug into a wrong socket. Wondered why my computa wasn't working for several hours until DH came home and found the problem.
