Pay per personal broadcasts?

I know skype has a free/cheap feature that allows one to broadcast a private video 'event' and get paid by subscribers, but there's a 10 signup limit.
Are there other similar quality services that allow more to view at a time?
I'm checking this new one out www.ustream.tv it may have possibilities...
