Need Help Again!

I keep getting this thingy. It's a round circle with a dot in the middle with arrows facing on the left, right, up and down. It pops up and is a pain. When it does all it does is open various windows it passes over. Adrian said it was the mouse but I changed the mouse. Could it be the keyboard. It's not a virus cause the Virus Ware said all virus removed. Anybody know what the #%#$% it is. It's driving me more whacko! I'm about to break it apart!

Yeah, generally it's when you double-click the little scrolly thing on the topside of your mouse and use that to scroll through the currently open window. But if you don't have that on your mouse anymore than I can't say for sure what it is because I don't know how to get that with a keyboard :/

I think something's wrong with the computer itself. When I wiggled the mouse, the double arrow thing showed.

I'd love to come over right now, but I have something to do.

That's ok, Shelp's idea worked! It's fixed. Was a scrolling problem!
