After 8 years of crucial time stupidly wasted by the former con admin. towards doing anything proper to aliviate the problems in a postive manner, we see a very positive possibility initiated by our newest Dem Gov. http://www.staradvertiser.com/news/2...less_czar.html

After Mufi's bungling of the matters, and doubts that the new guy will manage it properly, it's nice to see a step in the right direction by powers that can effect serious improvements.

We need an industrial hemp czar named next week.

I found this line amusing,"One has to question whether he will be effective in counseling runaway gay youth." If a homeless 'czar' is counseling anyone, I'd hope it was limited to his staff.

I don't believe charity is a fitting or proper concern of government.

I liked how NA properly decried the situation as a civic sin, nailing the pathetic ways of those who've not dealt with it well exactly as it should be called.
