I arrived at Case Headquarters exactly at 9:15 a.m. I went straight to the Trolley. A woman told me to stay there cause everyone would be coming downtairs. I needed a t-shirt cause I couldn't find mine at home. A man came and ask if I was the Trolley Driver.
"Do I look like a Trolley Driver?" I asked him back.
Aloha Kamuelakea! I'm glad he didn't cry. He is more dignified of a man to lower himself do to that. As I've stated from the beginning..."When all is said and done ~ friends will still remain friends. Family will always be family. Whoever is elected ~ we all hope and pray...will do their best to represent us well!
Come Election Day, the Voters will have chosen who will be going to the General Election. Actually, whoever wins the Primary wins it all!
Good Luck to Dan Akaka and Ed Case both who have done much for Hawai'i nei!
Love and Aloha

Case could not get on the November ballot at this point---not even as an "independent." He would have had to register by the July deadline as an independent. Case registered as a Democrat, he lost, he is pau.
But... is he also ineligible to be slotted in for a rematch via Lingle?
Well, we'll know by tomorrow who Lingle's pick is for sacrificial lamb. Though as hopeless causes go, it's a pretty good platform for bigger things down the line. Given the surprisingly strong showing of Mr. Blank Ballot against Charles Djou, I'm wondering if he's still the favorite?
Case still has a few months left in D.C., but I imagine a lot of that will just be housekeeping. It will be interesting to see what he does next.
Since admin has decided to close the Primary Live thread
Speaking of which - thanks to those of you who posted intriguing back-and-forth on that thread; I gained a lot of insight from it, both Saturday night and Sunday, and it led to some interesting discussion with the Alpha Female from Kane`ohe (who remembers attending school with Clayton Hee.)
