      HB 3225 HD1 is a complete recodification of the condo law.

      That's a link to the current version but anything can happen to it (except a change to the title of the bill) before the end of the session.

        The old condo law was used to split up ag lands (read subdivide) without paying development fees or building infrastructure. Lots of abuse flowed through that loophole.
