These "crackers" aren't salted, so they lack flavor, yet they have character due to the texture and browned edges, in a simple kind of way. Good match with the soup.
As for the soup, the Matzo Ball is made simply with Matzo meal, egg and oil, and served in a basic chicken broth. The ball itself is kinda' glutenous; sort of like a Pastele in texture...
They need to figure out how to can this stuff. I'd buy a case. I love it.
