4 Bell Peppers
4 Tablespoons of quorn (mince meat substitute)
1 small onion
1 mug of bismati rice (not that sticky stuff you eat)
1 level tea spoon of Chinese 5 spice
1 pinch of garlic powder.
Method
Boil rice in a little salt'
Fry the finly choped onion with the quorn and other ingredients while you de-seed the peppers.
Stuff the peppers with the goodies and pop into the micro for about 2 mins.
Serve on a bed of rice.

hi,last night,we had storebought rotissarie chicken with rice and we both had a lettuce and grape tomato salad and tonight,we're having turkeyburger's with rice and it'll be yum.
3 Mexican 12oz. beers (Tecate or Pacifico brand works for me) = $1.20
1 bag tortilla chips = $.50
1 bowl of guacamole using fresh mashed avocado = $.30
That's $2.00 total!
well, that'll do it for breakfast, I'll give some hints for lunch later.
