Good for you Craig! I like Muscle Milk, but I have to be careful or I'll gain on it. (lots of good protein though)
Currently, I have greek yogurt with a drizzle of honey and some granola on weekdays and the hubs and I fight over who has to make pancakes, turkey bacon and eggs on weekends.
I'm going to have to switch over to winter food soon, Bob's Red Mill 10 grain (or higher) cereal and extra thick rolled oats. That stuff is like Napalm when it's fresh off the stove, I've learned the hard way to be wary of a bubbling pot of hot cereal.
I also switch it up with Spirutein for breakfast and lunch every once in a while, about to start up again. So far the only flavor I don't like is Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, waaaaayyyy too sweet.
